Lacrosse Tournament Review Submission Guidelines

The purpose of these lacrosse tournament reviews is to provide helpful information to other teams and offer either testimonials to tournament directors or advice as to how their events could be improved.

We ask that you keep your reviews fair, balanced and informative. Try to offer constructive criticism, and don't just use this form to vent.

Try to give us more than a two word review ("Great Tourney" or "Lousy Tourney") Try to give us at leas a couple of hundred words explaining just why it was so great or so terrible.

So if your team lost in the semis on a referee's blown call, it's probably not going to help other visitors that much to read about it. If, on the other hand, your U16 Boys semi had only one refs show up who was clearly incapable of keeping up with the speed of play, that might be worth noting.

The real question here is, was the event as advertised. If you were told that the level of competition was high yet your decent-but-not-great team won all its games 19-0, then you might want to mention that in the review.

If the hotels were advertised as inexpensive and convenient, yet the closest one was was ten miles away in stop-go traffic and charged $200 a night, well, you get the picture.
