The IWLCA President's Cup lacrosse tournament is one of the top girls' recruiting tournaments in the country. The event is held in conjunction with the annual meeting if the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association, which practically guaranttes that every women's lacrosse coach in the country will be in attendance.

In fact, organizers claim that more college coaches attent this event than any other lacrosse tournament in the nation.

The tournament offers three age groups, one for seniors, one for juniors and a mixed division for teams that feature both. Almost 100 teams typically attend, travelling from as far afield as Massachusetts, California and Oregon.

Games are played at the North Collier Regional Park in Naples, Florida, a venue that offers eight bermuda grass lighted fields.

All participating teams are guaranteed four games.

This is a "stay to play" tournament, which means that visiting teams are required to stay in hotels that are approved by the tournament organizers as a condition of participation. This may require merely booking rooms at one of the designated hotels, or it may require booking them specifically through the tournament's own designated housing service.
