Beach Lacrosse Tournament

The Beach Lacrosse Tournament as Morey's Piers is a unique lax experience, being one of the only lacrosse tournaments of its kind anywhere in the world. The event is brought to you by the folks at Morey's Piers and Beachfront Water Parks, which also run two highly successful beach soccer tournaments at the same location.

The tournament offers divisions for boys and girls teams in the U9 to U18 age groups, as well as adult divisions for men's and women's open.

The game format is 5v5 (four field players and a goalie) with a maximum of ten players allowed per team. Games comprise two 18-minute halves with a four minute half time break. Fields are 30 yards by 50 yards and are laid out on the expansive beaches of Wildwood, NJ. Each partipating team is guaranteed at least three games, with the possibility of a fourth "championship" game depending on results.

In addition to the lacrosse tournament, youth teams receive 10 wristbands for entry to Morey's Piers Amusement Rides, Ocean Oasis and Raging Waters beachfront waterparks. Discounted entry to the Amusement Rides and both waterparks is also available for the families directly through Morey's Piers.

So with lacrosse, the beach and the waterparks during the day and Wildwood's famous Boardwalk and Amusements at night! There is even a Saturday night barbecue.

While the official entry deadline in not until May, organizers expect the tournament to fill up fast so be sure to plan ahead.
